Senior technical authority with expertise in grounding systems, international electrical standards, and new product development. Advisory role with veto authority on technical and certification decisions.

Full-Time · India

Electrical Lead

Own the development of our grounding system product — from concept and design through certification and into production. This is a 0→1 role requiring hands-on product engineering experience in electrical hardware manufacturing.

10–15 years LV/MV electrical hardware · Grounding/earthing systems · New product development · IS/IEC certification knowledge · DFM/DFA · India based · Exposure to sensor systems or industrial IoT a strong advantage

Part-Time

Certification Specialist

Own the certification pathway for the Indian market — managing submissions, testing lab coordination, factory audit preparation, and standards interpretation to bridge compliance requirements with product design.

IS 3043 filing experience · ERDA/CPRI/NABL lab relationships · Technical file ownership · Factory audit preparation · Milestone-based engagement
